Small but lovely lake with mountains in the back ground. Easy parking near the really good cafe & a wide well built boardwalk which nearly goes all around the lake. Lot of bird life including more than one pair of kingfishers. Supposed to be turtles...More

Lake Agias Is a small man made lake carefully turned into a nature reserve. Birdlife was disappointing (early May) but it was so serene due there being no-one else there. There is boardwalk around the lake (3km?) and two cafés. The Agia Lake cafe has...More

Amazing spot given the sun scorched landscape around. Easy to walk round some of the lake, but the north side cannot be reached by foot. Couple of great viewing areas. Caught sight of several species when we were there. Well worth bringing some binoculars.
