A fair walk as the normal car park was closed but it was a beautiful day and pleasant scenery. When we got there the Reindeer were all around us, walking with us and close enough to touch (but we were not allowed due to COVID). The guide was very informative and passed on lots of interesting facts and information about the heard. Our little girl told them what she would like for Christmas so they can pass on the message to Santa!

A wonderful experience. Led by Sheena we walked along a winding path up to the side of the mountain. The views were stunning and the semi domesticated reindeer a joy to behold. Young and old they mostly are named. Holy Moly was our favourite, the little orphan who was first to come and meet us out of about 50 deer The guides gave us lots of information about the deer and answered all of our questions very helpfully. A magic visit. DO LOOK OUT FOR THEM ON CHANNEL 4 ON CHRISTMAS EVE 2020

We did the guided hill walk to see the reindeer and it was amazing. The walk from the car park was fairly easy but you can see exactly why they are so strict on the right footwear! The reindeer are wonderful and mingle around you with no issue. Quite incredible to see them in such a beautiful setting. The guides were so knowledgeable and attentive to all families on the trip so you don’t need to worry about your kids being too shy to interact or ask questions. The guides share their knowledge and facts about the herd and know them all by name! The wind on the hill was intense so even if you think it’s mild at the car park do wrap up warm and bring your layers! A great experience - we all loved it!

Fantastic experience, would definitely recommend. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and the 20 minute hillside walk to where the reindeer were was not a problem with our young children (aged 8 and 5). It was much windier on the hillside than the carpark, so wrap up warm! So glad we've done it!

What it says it is - reindeer, with a small shop and an exhibition as well as the animals. Welcoming staff, and care taken with social distancing. Wasn't there at the right time for the hill trip but I would expect that to be of a good standard and value.
