7th century cathedral, currently inactive and in ruins (but well preserved). Quite surprising when we walked in actually, very tall walls and high ceilings and the stone colors are marvelous. Two prayer/study rooms are positioned adjacent to and at either side of the apse. Each room contains a secret passage entrance at the second story level. The small passage allegedly leads to small rooms above.
The apse contains the remnants of numerous portraits of the Apostles painted as frescoes around the semi-dome above.

This church is one of the best Armenian churches, it’s so bug and is very high cultural and religious church with the only preserved Jesus painting on the wall in Armenia. Well absolutely worth visiting.

Very nice cathedral in Talin. Built in 7-th century. Now it is mostly ruined, but still is very nice. Especially during summer there will be green grass in the cathedral which gives the place more beauty,

Ruins of this 7th century cathedral made my imagination to fly and camera to sing. Spirit of the place has certain touch and ruins in this magnitude are amazing. Place is in little surprising location - got the feeling it is behind the farm.

This is one of the places to visit!
