Cabo Touriñan is the most Western point of Spain and slightly more to the West that Cabo Finisterre or Fisterra. Although Cabo de Roca in Portugal is slightly to the West making it the most Western point of Europe, it is recognized that due to the higher latitude of Cabo Touriñan, the last sunlight in Europe can be observed here at sunset.

The Cabo Touriñan lighthouse has witness many shipwrecks in the area that is knowh for its many submerged rocks or bajos (laxe in Galician). The more remarkable aspect in Cape Touriñan are the views of waves breaking on cliffs and the vegetation of the area. Try to come in Spring when all the mountains are covered of yellow and blue flowers.

This is a nice place to visit and relax

Faro Touriñan is one of the lighthouses in Costa do Morte, in Galicia Region, in the North-west of Spain. It is a very nice lighthouse, from where you can see very beautiful views of the sea, the rocks and the surroundings. A very nice place to do walks. Also, it is the westernmost point in Spain during some months each year. Really it is a curious place.

This is a beautiful location at the end of Spain with views down the coast and some small islands just off shore. Worth a stop as you migrate down the coast towards Cabo Fisterra.
