First of all this is NOT in Port Moody, ( come on Trip Advisor you can do better than that ) ... second do something about the lineups to get in or tell people take the bus.

Very picturesque location. Great for everything. Nice places for picnics. On and off lease dog areas with access to the water. Moderate to aggressive hiking/biking trails. Can get crowed on nice weekends but a fantastic spot

summer parking can be an issue, go early but a year round gem for a walk,swim or hike, something for everyone

Yes! I’ve seen lots of people swimming and paddling.
