We had an amazing family vacation in Georgia and we are forever indebted to Budget Georgia for being the best guides and hosts. We contacted them and Giga charted out a very good itinerary for 9 days. Ika was our guide and he is the kindest, honest and knowledgeable guide. He is passionate about his work and made us very comfortable. In addition to the tours we also had the best culinary experiences. He knew the best places to dine in every town and the special delicacies. He is a great photographer and our memories are even brighter and colorful with the beautiful photographs. Ika , we can’t thank you enough! If Georgia is a new country to explore, no one can guide you better than Budget Georgia!!!

We, group of 8, had a tour of 3 days in Kutaisi with Budget Georgia and it was a very well organized tour right from the pick up from the airport till the drop off at the airport. During the 3 days stay we managed to visit almost all the major "must see" places in and aroung Kutaisi and it was made possible to us only bcoz of our guide Giorgi Koghuashvili and driver Vakhtang Paghava, who took that extra effort to pack the tour in a very timely yet not tiring manner. The way Mr. Girogi explained to us about the history and the significance of each place we visited mixed with his own blend of humour, was awesome. He was very patriotic, when speaking about his country and was very proud to be born as a Georgian, and we Indians certainly admire and appreciate such characters. Lastly, but not the least, we will definitely not miss another chance to visit the country and avail the services of Budget Georgia with Mr. Girogi and Mr. Vakhtang.

We had a wonderful private tour organised by Budget George for 10 days. The tour program was set very well and fully met our expectations and even more. During our trip in Georgia we were able to admire the majesty of the Caucasus Mountains in Svaneti, visit world wide known family vinery, see the radiance of Tbilisi, to learn the history of Georgia and surely taste delicious specialties of it's cuisine. Giga the manager of the company did his best to tailor the trip according our requirements what is quite a challenge for the group of five ladies :) We were met at the airport and very professionally supervised and guided during all our tour. For that of course the Big Thanks goes to our the one and only guide Levan. The company also took care for all our accommodation and all of them were very good choices. To summarize if you want a top class holiday when you do not need to worry about anything just purely enjoy Budget George is your best choice. Thank you very much!!

We planned a complicated day-to-day itinerary with these guys in a Whatsapp Group, and they kept asking for money in advance which we refused to pay. Also, when they initially offered to help us with the hotel booking in Mestia and then later refused to help us with the hotel booking, we questioned what one of the staff in the group, actually role was, if they were not offering any service other than what was listed on their webpage? They huffed in a Georgian SSR way, and refused to drive us. So should you refuse to even bother contacting them because, you will waste time.

Here is the story from the other side.
This human and his friend asked for the private tours and accommodation reservations on WhatsApp. We asked for the down payment as this is how we book private tours. They insisted and started impolite and rude talk to our operator.
We rejected their request. So, this one sent us the text saying "Ossetia & Abkhazia = Russia". This is the greatest insult for any patriot Georgian. He got political and started talking about the most sensitive topic.
So, here we are. He's writing a bad review on us on TripAdvisor.
If stop serving impolite, imperialistic customers is bad thing well yes, that's what we do. We will never let the customers saying bad words to our employees.

I was fortunate to have Constantine as my guide for a walking tour of Kutaisi. I was the only person on this particular tour. Constantine showed me two great parks - each with a bit of a story and even some humor. He showed me the Colchis Fountain in the city center and I learned that the various models in the display each had an individual history. Constatine pointed out some terrific cafes which I later learned were worthy of his recommendation. I still laugh at the story of the Picasso boy sculpture on the White Bridge. These are just a few gems from an amazing tour. I feel that I know and truly appreciate Kutaisi after this tour.

Me and my sister are celebrating our birthday in this amazing town. We didnt take any travel package since we wanted to do it our own. We stayed there for 3 days and 4 nights. I have to check Youtube on how to enjoy the most of it and gave the suggestion on take BUDGET GEORGIA. It went really well. We went to the office, and given us an option for private tour and wala!!! First day with them, we went to the Bagrati Cathedral, Gelati and Motsameta Monasteries, Wine tasting and Georgian Dinner with Ika for 5 hours 🇬🇪 Second day was the most tiring one, but one of the best views my eyes have seen, we went to Borjomi Mineral Water Springs, Rabati Castle and Vardzia, the city of caves for not less than 14hrs with Ana and her father 🇬🇪 who drove us tirelessly. We you come and visit Georgia, come to the office meet Giga and everyone, they are very friendly and cool!

So I took a tour to Okatse Canyon, Prometheus Cave and Martvili Canyon. It was amazing, funny trip. My appreciation is to our tour guide (his name is Giorgi Koghuashvili ) With his great knowledge about History of Georgia and English he made the trip so meaningful and knowledgeable. Thanks to Budget of Georgia.

On 6 June 2023. I took a great, small-group (about 7) tour of Martvili Canyon, Okatse Canyon and Prometheus Cave system, with guide Tornike and a driver. Tornike was a great guide, very knowledgable and very friendly & professional, with excellent English. A Kutaisi local. We also had a lunch stop at a rural restaurant on the way. Highly recommend Tornike and this tour.

We booked the cave tour and Martvili Canyon on 08.05.2024. Lasha, the tour guide, was great, we learned a lot about the sights, everything was explained in detail. There was a stop at a winery (Marani) where we ate very well. We can really recommend the tour operator. Thank you Nicole and Michael.

Took a tour of the cave and canyon.
Was very well organized. on the day we had some issues and they reorganized everything to fit our requirements.
The tour was very nice and we got to see a lot of beautiful places. The guides were interesting and very helpful.

Hi, Giga! Do you arrange tours from Tbilisi too? We were in Georgia, Kutaisi last year and spent some days with your company (Lasha was our driver) visiting Sataplia, Prometheus and Martvili. We are thinking about going to Kutaisi at the beginning of July (for about 8days) with my husband.
We've read the above reviews and liked the following 2days trips:
"We had 2 full days for tours in Georgia. In that time we have visited Rabati Fortress, Vardzia cave city, and on the second day Martvili Canyon, Okatse Canyon and Kinkcha Waterfall with Giga. "
Can you give us some information (how much, how, when...) about your tours?
And also if you have any suggestions what else to visit in and around Kutaisi (special places, food to try...). We prefer nature adventures rather than museums, but would like to see everything what can fit in this 8days. We are also thinking about renting a car, what do you think about that?

I am planning to Travel with my wife to Georgia for 8 full days starting mid Mar 2017.
Plan to Land in Tbilisi due to the flight cost. Also want to visit Batumi by train.
Please suggest a suitable itinerary and other places that I should visit.
A day-wise schedule will help immensely. Also please let me know how I should travel internally and which all eating joints/special places I should not miss. Any additional information like weather, safety, cost, which hotels I should stay, etc would be highly appreciated.
