This place is 5 manat away from city centre. The park complex is pretty big, with the Ard de Triomphe replica at the entrance. There is an amphitheatre and an amusement park in this complex. Probably due to the season the amusement park looked deserted, which also has some mini-football fields and a horse riding area. There is also a cafe in the complex. The lights come up at sunset, but takes some time to get everything illuminated.

The park is a bit far from the city center. It's good but not great. The best part of it was the roses, which are on their own beautiful. Otherwise, xhan bagi in ganja city center is more beautiful.

A large park with a relaxing atmosphere. There is a cycling track for enthusiasts. As well as a small lake. A amphitheater space. It can be seen in the photo. I was there in 2019

This park is open 24 h a day, free, u can get there by taxi only 2 Azn from the center. We went twice, in the morning hardly saw people there, we took a trailer which took us around the huge park,it was worthwhile not to do it on foot in a hot day 30 degrees.we stopped by the places took some pictures walked a bit and so on..
We came again at 21.00
Took a taxi from the hotel in center of town,he waited for us 40m and took us back to the hotel, at the price of 5azn.
At night the place is full with people including young children age 2 and above. A fantastic view when all the place is illuminated.
We went this time only to the entrance From the avenue that starts at the arc of Victory (Gate) and ends at the Haider Aliyev museum , we went to the amphitheatre, and to a coffee house full with people.

Extremely well manicured park with fragrant roses planted on the sides.
An amphitheatre overlooking a lake.
Well worth s casual stroll up and down.
We caught bus 23 from the city but I think bus 11 on the way back will be a quicker option.

Heydar Aliyev Park in Ganga is… gigantic! It is 2 km long and its spatial design is borrowed from baroque France. But there is more: huge Arc of Triumph, amphitheatre in ancient Greek style, "Tivoli", nice modern restaurant and Alyiev Palace. On front of it standing huge statude of Heydar Aliyev. All together it is "very big", very expensive, very luxurious and a little weird… But, if You come from West this place is necessary to visit to feel a bit imperial soviet touch (as it was in SU 40 years ago). But take time few hours - this is not just to run-trough-place.

A breathtakingly beautiful park. Well maintained and peaceful. It is a long entrance so expect to walk a lot.

The park is located a little out of the centre, use Bolt to get there quickly, spending only a little more than a euro... it is worth coming on a nice day to enjoy the peaceful environment sitting on one of the many benches... the park is nice and large, with it's also a spot with an amphitheater and a pond, and everything is clean and well kept
