Excellent ski resort for all abilities! Reasonably priced and the village of Lofer picture perfect! Not many British here, unsure why as an excellent little resort!

This is a Brilliant place to ski. Sometimes have to hunt down a decent place to eat but when you worn out from a day on the slopes you just need food not haute cuisines

Easy set up to get up the mountain where you can go off on various routes but meeting at the same place so great for those who want a more leisurely ski and those who want a bit more speed

I have visited Lofer many times and it never fails to enchant with its picture postcard views and friendly inhabitants. Don't expect to meet many Brits - as its very popular with German and Austrian families. Perfect introduction for new skiers - especially kids.

We were there in late summer and the view and atmosphere is amazing. You may feel the fresh air of Alps and have a nice day trip with friends and family.

You can go climbing or cycling. Walking on the hills is also great. And by car you can reach easily and fast towns in Austria and Germany.
