We left from Santa Maria di Castellabate, where we are on holiday. We booked and took a tour from Vannulo, 5 euros per person, my 2 year old daughter and my 4 year old son also paid (a small amount but with my daughter it seemed truly incredible, and no receipt). Final tasting with a nibble each, the only one we could have had. During the tour the lady who accompanied us very proudly told us that we would never be able to buy any mozzarella at the shop because everything must be booked at least 3 days in advance. At 10.30am the restaurant told us that there was no availability for lunch until after 3pm. Points of sale (bars) with endless queues. Moral of the story we ate and bought as much as we wanted at the ancient jar once we returned to Santa Maria di Castellabate. The hoaxes are very sweet but the stage is certainly worth noting.

Only stop if it’s on your way. We contacted them via email for a tour on the day, they could have accommodated us but if you are less than 8 people costs €40. Instead we chose to walk around the farm. Ok but buffalo kept inside and milked with machines. There is leather goods, yoghurt and bread shops you can look and buy as well as cheese. We are at the restaurant but did not enjoy the cheese as its tasted like the smell of the farm. We had 2 dishes; dish 1: 2 pieces of mozzarella and 2 ricotta, dish 2: fried egg, bacon cheese. 1 bottle of water and crisps. It cost €30. Taxi from Agropoli 10mins. Cost €35 one way.

Found it on the net. Very well done site. I went with my 9-year-old son on the 13th for lunch stopping on my way back from Cilento to Rome.
Large parking lots, very well made and functional facilities. They are for sale buffalo and ricotta (preferably by Reservation) and large windows allow you to follow the preparation of mozzarella. Hygiene of the structure perceived/perceptible immediately. Then bakery (bread, breadsticks -with ancient flours- and pizzas with buffalo of course), ice cream shop with yogurt and puddings (always with buffalo milk), workshop processing buffalo skins and "consequent" products, well made but a bit 'expensive. There is also a museum of ancient "tools", that is, in the time when everything was done at home or on the farm (shoemaker, blacksmith, carpenter, etc). Also well maintained. Finally restaurant with more than reasonable prices and with well prepared and presented products. Here too better to book.
In summary: pleasant experience, courteous staff despite the large influx that -however- is "distributed" well" given the large spaces and the diverse offer of various services.

Wonderful experience in one of the best Estates I have ever visited so far.
In a quiet and meticulously cared for place, in every detail.

Within the complex, there are several detached - but nearby - establishments, within easy walking distance:
- the dairy: where you can buy the organic products they make with two possibilities, Purchase with Reservation or Purchase without Reservation directly in the structure. Since their production is limited, it is better, in my opinion, to opt for Reservation.
- the oven: where you can buy bakery products and bakery in general, such as breads, pizzas, calzones, rustic cakes and much more.
- the ice cream shop/yogurt shop: a sort of bar where you can buy and eat on site, ice cream and yogurt made with the milk of the buffaloes they raise.
- refreshment point: restaurant corner where you can stop, always upon Reservation, and taste their products.

Excellent raw materials, lovely place.

In addition to the above, always with Reservation, you can take a guided tour that allows you to see the production of mozzarella - handmade - the buffalo factory with explanation of milk extraction and a small museum.

A place where it is worth stopping for several hours and enjoying the products, the location and the stay.

Having visited them all, and having tasted everything, I highly recommend opting for the long break!

This organic buffalo farm has a number of things to do. You can watch mozzarella production ( until noon each day), visit the buffalo and watch them being milked, see a small museum of agricultural implements, visit a leather shop and enjoy delicious cakes and ice cream at the shop. If you want to buy mozzarella you need to book it in advance as their production is limited.

I highly recommend taking the tour. It takes about an hour and you get to taste fresh mozzarella at the end. You can book directly with the farm and if there is a group of 8, it's only 5 euros per person. We found it really interesting.

We visited the farm with a guide. It was super interesting
This farm is organic and very family friendly
For 10€ per person nosk had the visit and a small tasting

Then we ate at the farm restaurant. The rates are correct and everything is good.

We took dessert (ice cream) from buffalo milk to yogurt.

We also bought yogurts made from buffalo milk

It's all good. Our children are 2 teenagers and enjoyed the visit and the meal.

For our last morning we had breakfast with delicious cappuccino and a super light and hearty brioche

I recommend this tour if you are in the area

We ate here after a morning at Paestum. This is where they make Buffalo cheese. It is quite an operation with gardens, livestock, a ice cream store, cheese store (where you watch them made the cheese) and a restaurant. The food was limited but good but the experience was great.

Visited here before COVID with a group of friends and spent the day here. Watched them make mozzarella- which was heavenly and literally melted in my mouth. The pizza they made with it was divine. having lunch from ingredients from their organic farm was delicious. They gave us each a yogurt-for putting in the cold bag (bring one with you if you go) for breakfast the following day. After lunch we walked to their ice cream parlor where we had gelato from the milk of the Buffalo. Ben and Jerry’s doesn’t hold a candle to this organically made gelato! When the Buffalo are at the end of their life span their hides are made into the softest purses money can buy and the farm, being a non-profit has the top Italian designers (Prada, Fendi, etc) creating designs for the leather to be made into bags, wallets, belts, etc. the window overlooking the works room is so you can watch the items being made. We even brought home some soap made of the milk of the Buffalo. Beautifully packaged for giving as gifts. It makes such a Soft lather and each time I use it I think of TENUAT VANNULO & wishing Covid could go away so I can go once again! After you leave head to Paestum to see the Temples left thousands of years ago by Greeks who settled in the area.they are in perfect shape and a tour of the museum is not to be missed. An English speaking guide can be hired there and is worth it!

We stopped by Recommendation.... We enter the local restaurant, crowded..... We ask for a table for two..... They ask us if we had booked..... no..... (there were two tables that had cleared....) . With rudeness and annoyance they tell us they could only ‘list us’
We left......
We were thinking of buying local land.... But we're certainly not going. Were then the only dairy in Cilento!!!!😂😂
Instead we will go to the dairy L’antica Giara, where we found quality, kindness and courtesy

We were on a tour provided by the buffalo farm, which was well run, efficient and informative. As always in Italy it took a bit of time to get going and to meet our wonderful guide. Watching the mozzarella being made was mesmerising. As was watching the locals arrive to buy their cheese for the weekend. The farm only uses its own milk to produce its cheese. The visit to the animal sheds was also interesting. From watching the approximate 300 buffalo going about their daily automatic business-like eating, milking, sleeping, listening to music and scratching to the understanding of the organic production. As you walk about the site keep your eyes open. We saw olive picking, other farm animals, a museum and a buffalo leather working shop. Finally, you get to taste the product of the day. Smooth and creamy nothing like the stuff we get from our local supermarket.
They do have a cafe with what looked like wonderful produce.
