During our stay at Copenhagen we decided to spend a day at Zoo and it was a good decision. We saw almost all animals, and most of them seemed happy and well cared for. The open area for Kangaroos and the petting area for goats were great.

A great zoo with a wide variety of animals, I loved seeing pandas and some of the rarer animals too. The one thing that upset us was that one of the bears near the entrance, had paced back and forth for several hours, they seemed distraught. There was also a similar case with one of the tigers too. The employees were lovely and we believe they are doing their best to look after the animals, much better than the animals being hunted in the wild :)

On arrival we was not informed that the the whole experience would be in Danish. When the zoo keeper arrived she informed us that she would not be doing the experince in English as would take too long, she was very blunt and kept looking at in dismay at the fact we agreed to continue with the tour anyway given that we had already paid for the experince before even coming to Copenhagen. The pandas are amazing- the keeper did then speak some English so that we had some idea about the panda they have there. Overall the pandas did win-

We visted on a very cold day and could last long. During the short visit though, we had a good time i got to see Polar bears and Kangaroos for the first time(live). Will be going back soon when its warmer

I went to see the Pandas & I wasn’t disappointed- they both were on view and looked healthy. Bucket list ticked . We tried to enjoy the rest of the zoo despite the odd rain storm. However we both felt some animals Didn’t have the space they required to live happily in captivity. The Polar bear was pacing , the lions and tigers seemed to have no space to explore; the same for the brown bears. Plenty of clean toilets and cafes plus places to sit down. A mixed morning of delights and sadness

Pleasantly surprised by this attraction, all staff very friendly and well laid out. Lots of animals to see and a lot bigger in size than expected. Yes, some pens appear small but this applies to most zoos Young kids will love it as lots to see and do, kids animal farm especially good where they can interact with animals

Pros: Staff were lovely and the zoo facilities are good. Cons: Some of the enclosures are way to small- particularly the Tiger enclosure which whilst we were there did a repeated pattern for over an hour and kept swaying its head which is usually a sign they are very distressed. The poor tiger did not have much space and appeared to be very lonely! The animals appear to be well looked after and fed but they don't have nearly enough space!!!!!

This was a speedy visit as I arrived with only 75 minutes before closing time so I really had to do a speed run of the museum. Never the less, I thought it was a terrific zoo. Lots of variety regarding animals, and the polar bears were a huge surprise. Loved seeing them. The elephants were a highlight too. Terrific museum. Wish I had more time.

Very good. I don’t know why all negative criticism. I Have been to a good few zoos in my time and this was as good as most. So far as we could make judgement the animals all looked happy and healthy enough. Especially liked polar bears. We were there at feeding time and also saw one playing in the pool. ‘Cuddly’ brown bears! Cute. Shy panda sleeping. Elephant area good both for them and for viewing from lots of different places. Tapir - get quite close but don’t get too close as he sprays very often – there is a warning sign! We were there a good couple of hours and only did about half of it.
