If visiting Stonetown, call Amasha to pick you up at the airport, do any transfers you need. As his card reads, he also does tours and anything else you need. I can’t recommend him highly enough. There are so many hassles and tourists are a target for high prices so it’s good to know of someone who is honest and reasonable.

Before we left on holiday, I was trying to find the best way for airport-hotel-airport transfer.
In one of the reviews here on Tripadvisor I found Rajab's contact details.
We contacted him via Whatsapp and we couldn't be more happy with his services.
He is not very talkative (which didn't bother us). He speaks English and he can advise you where to go during your staying in Zanzibar.
I can highly recommend him as trustful, honest and very patient guy.

I can only agree with Brenda M.
Amasha Haji is the best driver on Zanzibar, we booked many tours with him and he was always waiting, no matter how long, the prices are absolut fair and he is always friendly.

My wife and I had the pleasure of having Suley as our taxi driver during our stay in Zanzibar.
His rates were perfect but above all was prompt, courteous and a pleasure to be with. We stayed in Jambiani and he charged 35 USD for a one way trip from the airport to our hotel.
His vehicle is a delight to drive in. 5 stars every time

We tried to take taxi driver for one trip when we arrived to Zanzibar and it was the best deal. It was much cheaper than with travel agency, Our driver, Suma, is very friendly and he explained everything we wantet to know. After a good experience with Suma, we agreed on more trips with him and after our stay in Zanzibar, he took us to the airport. His number is +255777459728 and we text via Whatsapp with him.

We made use of Asied's services while in Zanzibar. He arranged for transportation to our hotel and back to the airport again. His drivers were very friendly and doubled as knowledgeable tour guides. He is well priced and his drivers are always on time, very professional and trust worthy. Would recommend his taxi company to everyone for any transportation needs.
