nice beach (no snorkeling)

Nice sandy beach with clear, cold water. Beach was at least 1/4 mile long I would say. Rent 2 chairs and umbrella for 8 euros per day. Sunset just to the right.

You need to visit and go swimming in this beach as it is one of the most beautiful in the island and has been nominated by a lot of travelers one of the best in Europe. You need to drive by car or use the local bus for a 10-15 min drive from Naxos town (Chora) but it will compensate... More

The best snorkeling was on the Agia Anna side, which isn't saying much. Underwater tropical paradise it's not.

Crystal clear waters and nothing but smooth sand for miles! The location blocks the strong Aegean summer wind thus making the place an oasis in Naxos..

Good beach with plenty of room despite being peak season. That said it is still very busy, but quieter than many of the others. Water is lovely, clear, clear and refreshing. Plenty of tavernas nearby for lunch etc.

It's no wonder why this beach is always full of people. The waters are crystal clear and with all the shades of blue! Unfortunately there are a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas with charge (around 8 euros for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella) but the beach is huge and there is space in order to put your towel. It's a... More

Very clean beach with crystal water. There are many sunbeds and umbrellas with charge ( usually 3 euro per sunbed)

This beach is gorgeous - long stretch of sand, loungers/umbrellas with service, several sections with no loungers for spreading out, families, or natural sunbathing, room to play paddle ball, beach volleyball, and beautiful calm water in which to swim. No water sports or loud beach music. Good summer fun!

Must see in Naxos. Scuba diving available. Crystal waters. A pity one has to pay for an umbrella but it is worth it!!!!!!!!

This beach is just 10 minutes and about a 10 Euro cab ride from Naxos Town and is definitely worth a visit. The beach is wide and sandy, and the water is crystal clear and beautiful. There are numerous good spots for lunch and sun bed rental. Most of them charge you a modest fee for use of the sun... More
