This is a lovely beach with beautiful crystal waters and sand. There are a number of amenities right along the beach. The beach is however, rather crowded on August and difficult to find parking and lounge chairs.

Agios Prokopios is a must when visiting Naxos in the summer. It is a beautiful beach with an amazing type of sand ( I call it the luxury sand) that doesn't stick on the feet. The water is second to none, clear beautiful tyrcoise colours and a fresh temperature, ideal on hot summer days. There are plenty of restaurants around,... More

We liked the sand in the water the best at this beach - it was easy to walk/swim in the water without hitting rocks and seaweed. The beach sand is very nice as well and quite long. There are sections with lounge chairs, but also lots of area that is just wide open.

This was a nice beach. It was quiet during our visit. The water was very calm and not many fish about. We did find some brilliant rock pools at the end by Agios Anna. There were chairs and umbrellas to hire for a fee.

Greece offers great beaches. Lets be more specific (basis my 8 day visit to Athens, Naxos and Santorini). Naxos offers greatest beaches and Agios Prokopios Beach is one of them. Clean beach with white sand where one can enjoy sitting in the open, getting tanned, reading a book, or listening to your favorite music while sipping an ice cold beer.... More

Prokopios is a Goldilocks beach. It is not too busy, not too small, and the sand is just right size. It's not big enough to be rocky and uncomfortable to lie on, but not so small that it becomes that annoying sand that sticks to every bit of you. Both ends of the beach have beds for hire, while the... More
