Adjacent to the Plazuela Honorato del Castillo, the 17th-century parish church, is an impressive example of roman style. Initially built as a wooden church in 1522, but multiple pirate raids inspired rebuilding in stone. The interior is not spectacular but the bell tower, added in...More

It's worth stepping out of the sun and in to the cool interior of this old church. It is not as ornately decorated as some churches, and when we visited many of the statues on the impressive wooden alter were all covered by drapes. The...More

Lovely old church standing at the top of Plaza Mayor. Not much to see inside and it's free but donations are welcome. Worth a look even if it's to get out of the blazing sun.

Quite small but very nice church. Good for about 30minutes. There are not so many things to see in Trinidad so it is worth to visit the church
