Best cooking experience hands down
Aug 2020 • Solo
Best cooking experience hands down! Chef Patrick is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He explains everything in easy to understand steps and guides you along the way. I came home with mountains of delicious éclairs that I had made. Have just booked my 2nd class and looking at Sweet Artistrys calendar to book in more! I travelled 2 hours to be here and it was worth every mile!

Fantastic small classes held in Joondalup from a French Pastry Chef no less. Great teacher, notes and take home goodies. Always a winner.

I absolutely love Sweet Artist Academy. I have done several trainings here and the teacher Patrick is full of knowledge and skill and his classes are really enjoyable. I have learnt skills that I never thought I would be able to do but Patrick makes it happen and you take home a recipe book of what you have made on that day. Will be back to make my way through the rest of the courses!

Cake Class
Jul 2016 • Solo
Recommended Guys. No need experience just booked and bring ur self to cake class. The reason I learnt cause my husband and the kids love sweet cake and more healthy (u know the ingredients and can play it: more sugar or not, gluten free etc) and of course more cheaper. The teacher has the gifted and patient to teaching and share his experiences.. I'll be back for another classes.

A really good teacher

A friendly and approachable teacher, and loads of one to one help. These are great day-long courses where you can learn real skills. Easy to reach from the Mitchell Freeway or Joondalup train station.

BRILLIANT French patisserie cooking
May 2015 • Solo
I've done a couple of great cooking classes in Paris but the Invidual Cakes class at Patrick's patisserie school trumps them all!! We made 12 x three different types of cakes and WOW, they looked soooooo professional and better still, tasted as good as the delicious, gourmet offerings at La Fayette! Patrick is relaxed, helpful, informative and very passionate about his craft - simply,a great instructor. He restricts his class number to 7 or so, enabling everyone to have their own cooking area and stove and also time to give indvidual attention when needed. It was great value for money, especially considering we took home 36 scrumptious pieces of edible art! Can't rave about this place enough, I'm definitely going back for more!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH PROFESSIONAL FRENCH PATISSERIE CHEF
Mar 2015 • Solo
My daughter has done two courses with Patrick, I have done one and about to do another. The cakes and savouries are just so professional when baked under Patrick's guidance that they could easily pass for the shop variety, well, they are ! Patrick is an excellent teacher and obviously no one item is going to be left inferior to his standards. A watchful eye is kept on everything. He is just so brilliant at teaching and we are so thankful for his expertise. I intend to work my way through all his courses.
The courses start at 0900 and finish at 4pm/ Each course costs $240 and well worth it !

Patrick is a great instructor who really loves what he does. No question I asked was too basic, and I came away with some great skills and deeper understanding of how to make some great sweets and amazing savory dishes as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in any of the courses they teach.
