Amazing staff and a clear system in place to limit numbers. They were constantly cleaning and sterilising tables, toilets and equipment. I felt as safe as possible in the current situation!! Thank you x

I can’t stress this enough but Avoid at all costs, we booked a 2 hour session and left after not even 30 minutes, far too busy, no social distancing and nothing for the younger children to do, paid 10 pound for my 2 year old to literally go on a slide and play with some battered building blocks? I understand that COVID has affected their ways of play and items available to play with but £10 for the tiniest area ever? There was what I can only imagine is supposed to be a sensory area under the slide that is pitch black apart from a half filled fish light that was terrifying.
My advice is to go else where because this play area is ridiculous. The older part looked pretty good for children over 4 but was literally packed with children running wild and screaming out inappropriate comments with the parents not bothered and bigger kids were all over the baby/toddler area meaning my little one couldn’t even be in there.

Complete nightmare, food was awful overcooked (burnt) and expensive. Utter chaos, will not be taking my children ( who left crying) there again. In all a horrible experience, I attempted to raise my concerns with the owner who glared at me with a look of sheer contempt on her orange face. Not good

We have an annual pass for Treetops. It's a great place with great staff. It's big and open and lots of fun for little ones. Great menu for both adults and children, with lots of variety. They also sell amazing fresh cakes, makes from a local cake company, they are a must try. Staff always happy to help, really reasonably priced also for food etc. Alway very clean! Highly recommended, try it for yourself :)

Newly opened and already a sure fire hit with the kids. Caters for toddlers with a dedicated soft play area and the main climbing frame for the older kids is also very impressive.
Cafe serves good food at reasonable prices, including locally sourced cakes and ice cream.
Pricing is in line with what you would expect from a soft play centre and is value for money to keep the youngsters occupied for a few hours.
Parking might be a bit limited during the week when other businesses nearby are open, but there is an overflow parking area down the road.

Absolute scandalous prices!!! We came here with our son who had lots of fun but once we had a drink each and something to eat we ended up spending a small fortune.
