Oshakan Cemetery is a huge sprawling complex of tomb stones and small shrines arranged in no particular order and without any apparent attention to organization or appearance. The cemetery is utterly treeless, making it unbearably warm in the summer and overall lacking any redeeming aesthetic value. Trash is strewn about, making it clear that the locals also do not value this place. I recommend visiting Oshakan Cemetery only if you are a cemetery enthusiast, otherwise you will not find anything worth looking at here.

This is an old and unique cemetery located in Oshakan villages. About 10 mins walking from the main Mashtots church. Here you can find also an old Tukh Manuk Chapel. Also lot of very old burial stones can be found here. Better to visit with a guide.
