We had a wonderful day with Anna! We picked the vegetables from the beautiful garden and cooked stuffed vegetables with rice and vegetables with tomato sauce. Anna is really kind and told us many interesting facts about naxian cuisine. Overall we had a great time and the 4h passed by super quickly. Highly recommended! Important: Dont trust google maps but follow the signs on the road!!

This class was a highlight of our entire trip. The countryside and the taverna are lovely, as is Anna, who was our instructor. She was friendly and very knowlegeable. We all enjoyed picking fresh vegetables, learning about the plants, trees and local traditions, preparing the food and then eating the wonderfully delicious meal made by our hands. There was Greek wine, beer, coffee and much laughter. The walking tour added to the already perfect day. We all left with great recipes, happy memories and smiles on our faces.

Anna’s cooking class was the highlight of our Naxos stay! We ate all organic fresh food which we picked straight from the garden and it was all delicious. We requested to make cheese pies which we ate with homemade wine overlooking the property. Anna has lots of knowledge about the history of the property which is really interesting to learn walking along the river and taking in the sights of 17th century architecture. Would definitely recommend booking in the cooking class with your family and friends to get an authentic cuisine experience in Naxos.

Anna’s cooking class is more than just instructional, it is more like being welcomed into her family. For a small fee her brother collected us from our hotel for the drive up into the village, learning the history of the area along the way. The class was in the grounds of the delightful family taverna. We started by picking the freshest of vegetables straight from the organic garden. We made cheese pies and stuffed vegetables. A wander down through the local dry stone pathways surrounding the area while all was in the oven. And the finished product was just so delicious... even if I say so myself. Thank you Anna and family. Highly recommend for an authentic experience.

We had a fabulous morning with Anna at Vasiliko , up in the hills in a small green farming area. Classes at her family home were simple and easy to follow. We picked our own vegetables and then prepared some simple and delicious Greek dishes! While they cooked Anna took us on a short walk up the river and to the mill! She was informative about the area and her knowledge on Greek mythology was so interesting. She chatted with ease and made us feel so at home as did her family and neighbors! We shared our meal with them and felt like we could have stayed for ages! A must do! Really relaxing and fun!
