We have spent 10 days in Vietnam and for organizing our trip we chose Zonitrip agency based on a good reference of our friend in our country.
Overall, the responsiveness of the travelling agent was perfect, I knew I could rely on her and that we would always receive a prompt response which was important especially when getting closer to our departure to Vietnam. Moreover, during our trip we could still text her on whattsup when some unexpected events occured which was also important
The suggested places to visit were in most cases very interesting and some of them extremely memorable such as visit of caves in Phong Nha national park and a walk through the Vietnamese jungle. We were really excited despite the bad weather. The visit of the historic city Hoi An was amazing, as well as the cooking class. The tour guide in Hoi An and Hue was lovely, really friendly. Other toug gudies were good, too.
To be fair there some weaker moments where there could be a space for improvement. Right after our arrival to Vietnamese airport there was a bit messy situation and we didn´t know that there was neither a possibility to pay the visa fees by credit card nor cash machine to withdraw money. Eventually we collected the money together luckily but as we didn´t count on having some extra money available before entering the country it was a bit stressful and would be better to be prepared for it in advance. Secondly, the visit of strawberry farm (few meters long strawberry bed aside of a family house) and other farms in Dalat were not something extraordinary for us as Europeans, it was rather boring unlike in case of tea and coffee farm & factory which was really interesting and I would recommend it. There was also a little misunderstanding at an airport when we had to pay an additional fee for a luggage for check-in which was not included in the price even thought we thought so.Last but not least, even though noone can control the weather forecast it is good to prepare good back-up plans in case the weather does not work out. This didn´t quite happen when going to Cu Lao Cham island where we were supposed to go snorkelling. This plan was cancelled for obvious reasons due to weather conditions but as an alternative we were sent to visit only the fishing village and went for a very same boat cruise we did the day before, we were a bit disappointed. However, everyone makes mistakes and in the light of the wonderful vacation we had in VN these were rather details.

My brother and I did the two day one night trek up to the Ta Xua peak with Nghia (owner of the Zoni homestay and trek guide), and it was one of the best experiences we have had in Vietnam. From the moment we got to the Zoni homestay, we felt like we were at home. The property is beautiful and thoughtfully planned out, and Nghia was a very welcoming host. The trek itself was gorgeous- beautiful sea of clouds, sunrise, sunset, misty forest, and ridge-climbing all in one trip! Nghia was very attentive throughout and always made sure we were well fed (and caffeinated) to climb the mountain :) A hidden gem in the countryside, I couldn’t recommend this experience more!

Nghia did a splendid job in arranging the program such that it is not monotonous - from trekking route right down to where we stay and the meals we had. A very passionate and accommodating guide who make sure we get the best experience out of the trip. Would recommend her service to everyone who wishes to explore the more scenic places North Vietnam has to offer :)

I contacted Nghia to organize a 3 days trekking to Ta Xua peak and what an experience, memorable : everything was so smooth ! Delicious lunch in her beautiful homestay in Tram Tau before starting the trek. Not an easy one so be prepared but really worth it. So adventurous with steep part, beautiful views on the way, and trekking through an untouched jungle, wonderful. Everything was perfect but special mention for the porter , Anh Cu (not sure about the writing). he was carrying everything, cooking, cleaning. The most amazing is that he was playing traditional flute during the trek creating such a special atmosphere. Definitely love it and will be back for more adventure with Zonitrip !

Back to back trek at Tà Xùa (3D2N) and Tà Chì Nhù (2D1N): We had a great team (guide and porters also our chefs) who are warm and friendly.
Warm welcome from Homestay at Zoni, a clean and relax place to stay. We stayed only for 1N, wish could stay for 1more night and also explore the area.
Trekked to Ta Xua, even though was long and steep through "dinosaur back" and raining at moss forest but was a different experience, tired but fun!
Trekked to Ta Chi Nhu, we were so blessed that we had a great wonderful sunrise where we stayed long took countless fun enjoyable memorable photos!

We joined 3 days trekking tour in Ta Xua mountain, Yen Bai province. 1st day before the trekking, we stayed at Tram Tau Hot Spring Resort (it was not luxury like resort, but cozy room. No heater so it was really cold). We stayed inside of hut in the mountain for 2 nights and on 3rd day we go down the mountain and straight back to Hanoi. They can arrange the transportation between Hanoi to Tram Tau, the province where there's a mountain.
Nghia was really friendly tour guide, and all the porters who came along were all very nice people too.
It was my first time of trekking that requires to stay inside of the mountain, it was really tough journey but the view from the top was breathtakingly amazing! I would say this is moderate level of trekking and requires quite good physical ability.

Booked a 4d hiking trip with Nghia. First hike was 2d1n Fansipan. We had the local Black Hmong female guide who brought along her 9yo daughter. Truly impressed by the little girl who is so agile and can hike better than any of us! Seond hike was Ta Lien Son where Nghia came with us due to lack of English-speaking guides. The terrain was much more interesting and we managed to summit within the first day!
Communication with Nghia was great and she's very accommodating to our last min changes! Definitely highly recommended!

Four of us went on a 3 days 2 nights hiking trip at Lu Te and Mu Cang Chai in Vietnam. Zonitrip arranged a wonderful tour for us. Nghia, our tour guide, she is an helpful lady. We have an enjoyable trip because of her hospitality. Thank you.

The Ta Xua landscapes were stunning and the organisation was seamless. From the pick up in Hanoi, to the very charming and warm welcome at the homestay (very clean) to the great meals cooked along the way.
We went for a 3D2N trek up to Ta Xua Mountain surrounded by Hmong and Thai ethnies. The trek was amazing but quite though so we ended up doing 2D1N, which was really great as we took 1 more day to explore the valley.
We can highly recommand Zonitrip for any adventurous trek. In addition to the very well organised trip, we had an amazing time thanks to Zoni's kindness, attentiveness overall happiness.
We will never forget this trip. <3

We had a wonderful experience with Zonitrip! We discovered Mu Cang Chai in a truly unique way. The trekkings were stunning, the homestays incredibly friendly and warm, and our tour guide was simply amazing. It was the perfect end of our trip to Vietnam!
