We visited Yodha cultural village activities: Kalarippayittu and Kathakali. Kalarippayittu show was excellent. Kathakali show was above average to good. I would recommend both the shows to visitors who would like to know about the traditions of the land.

We visited the Kalaripayattu show. It's an ancient local martial art apparently. A fairly varied program of various strength and fighting techniques. An acrobatic fire show at the end.

I had been there with my family, my mother had very low expectations and wanted to cancel the program but after watching the show she was super impressed. Every one in the show was awestrucked with the performance
