very basic tour for half and hour and wondered why they have an entrance fees of 100Rs per person as at the end of the tour , one does end up buying some ayurvedic lotions and spices . person was knowledgable but the place badly kept . do not recommend this one .

Good guiding tour
Jul 2018 • Couples
Come there for the warm welcoming of the guide , she shares so many information about plants and medecines. We had a very good time with her.
Arriving at the shop outside, atmosphere is not good, we were not really comfortable , staff is underpressure to sell products ...

Excellent Variety of Spices
Mar 2018 • Couples
A very noteworthy event to start the knowledge base of spices in Kerala. The tour was outstanding and the knowledge shared was exceptional. A great base of information and worth the time and price. Learned more in an hour than had known in a lifetime.

Good visit. Lots of plants and spices to see when we went.
Dec 2017 • Friends
It was our first visit to a spice farm. We loved exploring, tasting and touching several herbs and spices. Price was Rs 100 per person and the tour was about 30-45 minutes. Very easy walk/ climb for those used to moderate walks but perhaps elderly people may need a slower pace. The young lady guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. They do eventually want you to buy something from the shop but its a personal choice - our group did buy a few things. I won't hold my breath on results from those oils but hey it was worth a go! We haven't been to other farms but this was good experience for a short visit in late December.

Not many spice plants available.
Nov 2017 • Family

Only few spice plants available. wastage of time. There main motive was just to take us to their shops, where they were selling hair oil worth Rs 1600.

Much ado about nothingts with a coffee tree and after climbing some steps you come across
May 2017 • Friends
Located by the side of main road from Munnar to Thekaddy .a steep climb from the main road. Entry fee Rs 100 per person. After climbing some stairs you come account some plants and shrubs pahzadly grown plants.the hostess though seemed to be having good knowledge of her subject concentrated only on the plants used for manufacturing their medicines and other products. She seemed be in a hurry to Push people to their sales counter Rs 100 entry ticket for making people buy their products seems unjustified looking to the ill maintained plants. If the purpose is to make people buy their products why charge entry ticket to show some shrubs over all a very disappoint visit. The products sold can be bought any where at the same or cheaper rates

The medicine and the oil provided to us has not given the said result
Sep 2016 • Couples
The sales person had the complete knowledge of the medicinal values of the trees, but if the product is not available in the shop, she did not give any description about that plant. The product purchased did not yield any result after using for the said period. Hence do not purchase any oil or medicine. The spices are also costly compared to other shops.
The website mentioned on the visitng card is fake and the contact number given on the card is unanswered.
Hence it is a BIG NO to these places.
