Visited here with my sister mainly because this is where my Dad was in hospital when he was young. Very impressed with how well the gardens are kept despite the relentless hot weather. Well worth a trip.

Very lovely gardens but not a lot of flowers in bloom . If you love trees and woodland this is for you. Children have lots to explore especially in the woods. Good cafe serving nice food and nice plant sakes.

Compact but full of interest, this is a Victoria garden planted by an enthusiast. The original gardens are divided into rooms that take you on a journey around the world. Lovely tearoom and extensive plant shop.

Beautiful garden with such friendly and helpful staff who were on hand to answer any questions. Lovely cafe where we had a cream tea. Only disappointment was the daliah walk . Will definitely visit again and hopefully get to see a better daliah display .

Great place to visit whether it’s with friends or family, although the gift shop and cafe are slightly overpriced.
