The townspeople are welcoming and friendly. But they go about their business without hassles. Doesn’t feel like a tourist town. No one tried to sell us anything. Even in the nearby marketplace. Very refreshing.

While only small there is history and beauty in the square. Surrounded by historic buildings and the church it has a fountain in the middle, mature trees and well tended gardens. There are shops and restaurants around.
