A beautiful area with a variety of birds and we were lucky enough to see some seals in the bay. Nice walk from south to North bay. Easy terrains suitable for children too. Fun to be had in the pools and rock balancing.

Visited on route to Flamborough- steps down and back up the other side- great views and lovely to know the beauty is protected. Seek it out!

Lovely beach, but definitely not one for sunbathing/relaxing. Very rocky, but lots of rockpools where we could find crabs. The nature trail was pretty but we did not see any sculptures, but the view over the cliffs was lovely. Lots of steps and a pretty steep hill to get back from the beach, but there is a car park very close by and easily accessible.

We visited with the purpose of going around the sculpture trail but only found the St Oswald sculpture and whale bone bridge. According to a couple we met all the sculptures had sadly been pushed into the ravine. We enjoyed the short walk from the car park to the St Oswald statue and sat on the bench and looked at the views of the bay. We did not venture further due to an elderly member of our graup. We struggled with the pushchair so wouldn't recommend bringing one. There was a small car park but blue badge holders still have to pay. The facilities were all closed due to Covid but we expected that so not a problem.
