In winter, it is really difficult to stay outside and take a lot of photos because it's super cold. We did our best to take as many pictures and at the same time, admire the majestic waterfall. No regrets going there.

In late September it was VERY windy and cold, but this is really something to see. Very dramatic water fall. Nice gift shop as well.

January visit in driving and blowing snow storm! Great viewing from 3 different levels. Easy walk from the parking lot. In the summer, there is a trail closer to the falls. Excellent gift shop.

Where are you staying? In which town? The Golden Circle is a must-see and it certainly is worth a detour.
