Valida la riqualificazione urbanistica dell'area circostante, il nuovo palazzo è del tutto fuori luogo...a parte forse il simbolo della nuvola, inconsapevole anticipatore della crisi bancaria che ha colpito il nostro paese, con capitali e risparmi andati letteralmente in fumo.

Edificio fuori da qualsiasi contesto e bruttino

L'edificio di costruzione recente è fuori da ogni contesto urbanistico. Per fortuna è lontano da quel gioiello rappresentato dal borgo storico e dagli edifici che hanno contribuito a fare di Cividale patrimonio dell'Unesco.
