Paolo Diacono has given his name to this house and the Piazza

Paolo Diacono was a monk who lived in the 8th century. He gave his name to his house, and the subsequent extensions and of course to the central Piazza in Cividale del Friuli. The current version of his house and the tower can be placed in the 15th century. The building was completely restored in full splendor 10 years ago. It is an interesting building, even on the heritage Piazza Diacono. Nice frescoes can be admired. To be recommended.
