I gave my son a massage. The gift voucher came in spam. Without the gift voucher, with the reference, it was impossible for him to take advantage of it, the person at the reception was not able to ask him to search in his spam. After several phone calls, my son found out a few months later. We had the manager on the phone who walked us around a few weeks then told us it was finally too late to enjoy it. He did not want to know anything, did not offer to postpone the date or any commercial gesture. This gift has been totally lost.
