風雪に耐えた建物が素晴らしい

鰊番屋を使った郷土資料館。
中身もそうだがまずはこの建物をよく見てみると良い。
北海道の、さらに浜の近くの過酷な自然によく耐えたなあという感じ。
本州の建築様式をそのまま持って来ているから
よほど寒かったに違いない。
しかしお金はかかっていて、それが欄間や軒下の細かい造りに見られる。
中はにしん漁で栄えた頃を中心に
浜益村の歴史をうかがい知ることのできる資料がけっこう展示されていた。

もうちょっと解説が多いと楽しめると思う。
