Date of visit : 20th June 2019 Despite the weather forecast, we had a rainy and wet day when the afternoon came. Our tour guides Akemi and Misa brought us to meet the nature guide, and we had to gear up, with raincoat or umbrellas to brace our walk in the drizzle. This park is famous for many beautiful flowers, but perhaps due to the timing, there weren't many. I really admire the Japanese people, for three of them are undaunted and still made our walk in the rain, although uneventful, even enjoyable. It was quite a pleasant walk, going by the riverside and making a loop back to the visitor centre. We ended up by having hot drinks at the centre cafe,
