The Ote Ikoi no Izumi Well is fed by a natural spring which rises from a depth of 150 metres. The temperature of the water is 14 degrees celcius. The taste is pleasant.

In Ogaki there are many springs which are gushing up. This is one of them, which is found in the precinct of Hachimangu Shrine. Some people come here to pick up water. Yes, you can drink this water. Absolutely no problem!
