Hirsala Golf are situated in Kirkkonummi less than 30 min drive west from the centre of Helsinki, the capital of Finland. The course lies in the peace of a forrest and is designed by David Jones. It is a challenging GEO-certified 18 hole par 72, measuring up to 6.265 metres from the backtee. Hirsala Golf were opened in 2007.

Great Course middle of the nature. Greens are one of the best in Finland and very beautiful overall. Club house also really nice.

Need to hit a straight ball. What you might expect in Finland. Lot’s of trees. Tight fairways. The greens were as nice as I’ve played in mainland Europe.

Top class course as always. Course is in excellent shape as Finnish PGA was touring the course same days. Warmly recommended.

We had last Friday nice visit to Hirsala golf course. We utilised their good greenfee offer and played a round with our friends.
During the round we hardly saw any other players, probably about 10. The course was very good condition especially the green were fantastic considering the early summertime. After the round we had very good and juicy hamburgers.
The only thing that was odd, we were almost the only customers in restaurant.
If you like to enjoy nice piecefull round of golf on a good course and have a nice meal in the clubhouse, I can recommend the visit to Hirsala golf.

I really enjoyed this golf course despite playing one of my worst rounds of the year. The setting is beautiful with natural terrain dominating one nine after a relatively flat and open other 9. Reminded me of courses in Maine or Canada. Helped by the fact that it was an absolutely stunner of a day weather-wise but still a solid gold course that I'd play again.

The layout leaves me cold. Playing there requires too much inside info on how to play it. Hate blind tee-off's. Bland taste buffet food. Greenkeeper gets the only two thumbs up of the lot.

I enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the nature and the excellent quality of services. The 18 signature holes are truly unique. The club house is superb, the service is helpful and the restaurant Spoon offers great food.

Hirsala is a great 18 hole course and one of the closest courses to downtown Helsinki. It used to have reputation for being difficult, but after they have cleaned the usual areas for losing balls, it is actually very playable even if you are not shooting that straight.
The course is beautiful and it is relatively easy to find tee times at short notice.
