Had a spare afternoon so visited San Miniato. Really off the tourist route as there were very few there, mostly locals. Worth a visit if you are passing and want to spend a couple of hours, but not worth a trip specific to see it.

San miniato is small but perfectly formed. We stayed there for 1 night . It is on the Via Francigena.
