My wife and I took a half day private boat charter on August 10th with Caicos Catalyst. We have been to TCI seven times over the last five years and this was the best boat charter. We told the owner we just wanted to relax and cruise around. We got exactly what we asked for. The boat was a sailboat converted into a fun cruising boat. The ride was so smooth and relaxing, and you never felt like you were being tossed around. We were able to go to several different locations throughout the trip. We started off going by the abandoned ship (La Famille) that had been blown in by a hurricane. We stopped at Iguana Island and we were the only ones there (other than the iguanas of course). We spent an hour or so there walking the beach and looking around the island. We then made our way over to Fort George where my wife and I had previously been on several of our last trips to TCI. We then went about a mile or two off Fort George and we snorkeled that area of the reef. The best part was that we never felt rushed; the captain had so much knowledge about the islands and the reef, which made the experience even better. He had plenty of water, local beer, la croix, and several bottles of wine for the two of us while we were out on the water. After snorkeling the captain served us a charcuterie board for the trip back. That is our style! Overall, this was one of our favorite parts of our 2020 trip to TCI. We wish we discovered them sooner. We will absolutely be using Caicos Catalyst again!

Captain Morgan (no not the rum - but the rum punch was amazing!) helped our family of 9 round out our trip in the best way possible! Her catamaran and gear was in tip top condition, and the new bean bag chairs on the Slat Cat made for a fun and relaxing trip. We were able to make it out to Fort George Cay to hunt for sand dollars in knee deep water and catch a beautiful sunset on the way back to Provo! The crew showed up early for the tour - picking us up from our dock (Byculla Villa) - and was fun, courteous, attentive, and personable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to charter a boat for sunset. We wish we would have booked Captain Morgan and Caicos Catalyst for all of our water adventures!

We thought we were scheduling a glow worm tour, but turns out we were too early (needed a couple more days). So asked Capt Mac and Phoebe if we could see dolphins, and the hunt was on! Capt Mac found a mother and baby Atlantic Bottle-nose dolphin. It was better than the glow worms we had hoped to see! They took us to see the underwater cannons. Phoebe makes and outstanding rum punch. Capt Mac was great with the local history and how life has changed on the islands. The boats are smooth and easy to get around on, very comfortable.

We were looking for a sunset cruise and found Caicos Catalyst on Trip Advisor. What a great experience! Morgan and her “first mate” were very friendly and accommodating asking us what we wanted to see. I had noticed a photo of a whale on their Instagram and so asked if we could try to see them. We were in luck and watched them for about an hour. I would highly recommend this company. We did another cruise through Beaches and I wish I would have just booked an entire day with the Catalyst instead.

This is our second cruise with Captain Morgan, and hope to make it annually. Captain Morgan took my husband and I out for the sunset cruise to celebrate my birthday, hands down the best gift ever. Everything was perfect...drinks provided, snacks, and took us on an amazing cruise to see parts of the islands that you can only get to by boat. This is a casual, laid back cruise in order to take in the gorgeous views and catch the most beautiful sunset. You will not regret this opportunity!
