工場に併設された直売所では試飲ができる

享保元年に創業した奥抹酒蔵は、国道４号線から少し入ったところにある本社兼工場には試飲ができる売店があり、奥の松所蔵のロゴ入りのプラカップで試飲ができるのでお薦め。中には完売していて購入はできないが、試飲用として残されている銘柄も気持ち良く試飲させてくれる。ここで使用されている仕込み水は安達太良山山系のミネラル豊富な伏流水を使用しているので飲みやすく美味しいお酒が出来るそうだ。純米大吟醸はフル－ティな芳香と辛さのバランスがとても良いので愛飲している。

一見小さな酒蔵ですが、

実は色々な賞を受賞しており、海外への輸出もかなり多い、美味なお酒を造っている創業300年超えの酒蔵。日本酒の他に、甘酒、梅酒、スパークリング日本酒も販売されていました。
梱包する工場と酒を発酵させる工程は別々の場所にあります。安達太良山中腹にある方が、良質の水を引くのに都合が良いからだそうです。
