There's certainly many bargains to be had and a good mix of cafes and products . The newly built play area is wonderful but sad to see that the carousel has gone - this unique and somewhat quirky feature added a special element to the centre of Clarks village and is much missed . I guess it's 'progress' -probably to... More

Thank you for your review and it's great to hear how much you enjoy the product range in over 90 designer & high street brands, the 30-60% savings everyday and restaurants / cafes. The new play area is proving to be even more popular than we anticipated and a huge favourite with our family shoppers. Kind regards. More

First impression. You pay to park. This is just outrageous. If only then you had good prices, Levi's 501 at £45, it is cheaper on most good high street ship! Overall, a nice place, a definitively good for some stuff, including Clarks. But the first impression leave a bitter taste so triple check every "good" bargain.

Thank you, sorry to hear that you're unhappy about the parking fees. We are based alongside the local community and the car parks are managed by the local authority. The charges are extremely reasonable at £1 for 1 hour, £3 for 5 hours or £5 for all day. It's great to get your appreciation of Clarks Village and with savings... More

We always visit a few times a year. Clark's excellent for school shoes. Trespass excellent for wellies and waterproofs. Vans shop for trainers and bags ect. You have to visit the Cadburys shop while in Clark's village as there's always bargains to be had! My partner always gets his suits from 'the suit shop' opposite the vans shop and always... More

We agree with the previous positive comments but unfortunately our visit was spoilt by the amount of cigarette smoke we had to inhale. Smokers were walking around and sitting just outside shop entrances so we had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter, even worse the smoke was drifting into the shops themselves. in this day and age... Thank you and nice to hear you agree with all the positive comments about Clarks Village. Sorry that your visit was spoilt by people smoking, smoking is banned in the stores and enclosed areas and we would hope that our visitors would be mindful of this when smoking directly outside the shops - we have lots of open spaces and... We have visited the Clarks village a few times over the years and overall it isn't a bad place. It is a bit disappointing that they have to charge for parking considering the amount of money people spend there. My four year loved the play area and I thought the swings were brill, they are double so a small child... More

Thank you. King Arthur's Forest has certainly proved to be a very popular attraction since it opened in March, not only for our younger visitors but for families who can sit in the park area and enjoy watching the young ones have so much fun. With over 90 designer and high street brands, restaurants, coffee shops & cafes there's definitely... More

The village is always clean and shops have some great bargains. Son didn't enjoy the new playground as much as the old one and there are now a lot more street cafes where there was once entertainment for the kids. Great visit though.

Thank you; our housekeeping team do a fantastic job at keeping our shopping outlet so clean and tidy - I will pass on your comments as the recognition of their work will be very much appreciated. Checked the website to see if it was all open on Sunday. Website said it was but failed to tell people that only certain shops were open. The main bigger shops (due to trading laws and size of shops) were closed. Not impressed.

Sorry to hear you weren't impressed with notification of our Easter Sunday trading. I can assure you that the list of stores that would be closed due to UK Sunday Trading Laws were listed at three separate locations on the website - news-blog, detailed opening times and customer services sections. We also sent Eshots to our customer base informing them... More

Thank you. We have a high number of visitors who shop with us for the first time when spending time with family, friends or on holiday in Somerset. We then find that they will travel, sometimes a considerable distance, to come back to us again and again. We look forward to welcoming you soon. Kind regards. More

Limited shops not very "designer", sports direct! Super dry shop ok. To top it all they have the cheek of charging for parking despite being in the middle of nowhere.

Whilst taking a short break, in Somerset, we decided to visit this place, having heard so many positives over the years and we were not disappointed. Thank you. The mobility service is based centrally as we have a number of car parks in different locations, but we recommend a friend or family member can go and collect / return the scooter or wheelchair.
