Spent an amazing three hours with these guys - Chris was our guide. We had our two kids 11 and 13 beginners and my wife also a beginner but Chris inspired confidence enough to go places I thought we would not necessarily had gone on our own, paddling comfortably across to blue Lagoon in the open channel and the surrounding bays and rocks. Very chilled, very enjoyable and brilliant service. If you want to try the sport or you are a seasoned paddler, look no further. Highly Recommended

We really enjoyed the tour. The guide was showing us some caves and he was taking care of us every moment.
It was a bit windy but we spent 3 amazing hours around azure window area, the clifts from the water are breathtaking.
They couldn't give us snacks and provide the snorkel set because of covid19, but they give us a discount, what we appreciate.
We really recommend it!

During the kayakking trip, we visited several locations without any tourists in sight. Those spots were absolutely breathtaking.

We had a small groep of only four kayaks, which really kept the peace and quiet compared to does overcrowded activities.

Also, our guide Stue was a very nice and funny person, who can tell you great stories and history of the islands.

I would recommand this Kayak Gozo trip 100%!

Everything was excellent, from talking to the owners before we booked to when we finished, but one thing which was a bit better than any other Kayak trip we have been on was the pre trip safety talk & coaching re paddling.
It is fantastic value for money and the guide & the assistant guide (photographer) were brilliant, friendly and helpful.
If I could I would go again tomorrow morning but our holiday is over.

Within 24hrs we received photos from them by email also.

This was great value, highly recommend it!!!!!!

We have done a fair bit of kayaking but were impressed with the way they incorporated beginners with some with experience . Seb did a great job and took us to some lovely caves and beaches. We went over to Comino. He knew a lot which he was happy to share. Chris was awesome in the lead up with communicating and answering questions. We were very very happy. Great company and great day out. Just do it and book it! Beginners to experienced kayakers will love it
We were very impressed with the lunch recommendation on the way back and were dropped and a great spot on the hill with amazing views. Thanks guys!

This was one of our highlights of our visit to Malta. Kayaking is an excellent activity to do even at the end of Malta's 'winter'. The cliffs and scenery around Gozo's northern bays were phenomenal and kayaking in the sea was very relaxing.

As the weather that day wasn't as calm as hoped, our point of interests were Ghajn Barrani Bay where we had a break and Ramla Bay which we saw from a distance.

Chris, Seb and Franco were excellent guides with plenty of information of the islands history and geography. Also, assuring that our small group of 4 beginners felt safe at all times and even fed us very well when we had a break at Ghajn Barrani Bay. We spent some time paddling in the natural rocky pools and came back to offerings of the BEST granola bars I have ever tasted and fresh cut melon.

I would love to come back to Malta during summer and come back to explore a different area of Gozo with Chris and co and of course, come back for the Granola bars :)

Tips:

- Ask Chris nicely for the Granola bar recipe!
- Bring a go pro along for pics while you're exploring, but if you don't have one, Chris and co will take great photos of you while you're kayaking and share with you after the trip.
- If you're going around winter, have flexible days for kayaking, keep an eye out for emails and the weather forecast.

My mum and I really wanted to try Kayaking however we were very nervous after looking at the pictures and seeing how big and scary the crossing looked and how deep we imagined the water to go. We could not have been more wrong (about how scary it wasn't, the water however is deep, it is the ocean).

Before the trip: I spoke with the organiser Kristie over whatsapp and she was SO helpful answering all my questions. She provided all the details in a timely manner once I had confirmed we wanted to attend and was so understanding about our reservations.

On the day: It is a relatively long journey (VERY worth it) from St Julians to get to the Kayak as it leaves from Gozo - 40 min drive to Cirkewwa terminal, 20 minute ferry to Gozo and then 15 min drive to the takeoff point (this 15 min drive was taken care of by Kayak Gozo there and back)

Upon arrival we were introduced to our instructor Ben (he was AWESOME) and we spoke about how we were still nervous and he done a very good job of assuring us.We were given life vests and a kayak and then we waited for the rest of our group before setting off. Initially it was quiet nerve racking as it was hard to control the kayak however within 10 minutes it was like we had been doing it for years (or at least some months...definitely more than 10 minutes). Ben was great with being attentive on the water and making sure that the whole party was safe.

We were provided with lovely snacks once we reached Comino (fruit and vegan energy bars) and were given around 45 minutes to explore Comino or snorkel in the ocean. My party decided to walk to the blue lagoon (Side note - the blue lagoon was packed and was not THAT nice but the views on the walk to there are very picturesque)

The route was amazingly beautiful as we went through various coves and arches. The water was extremely calm and easy to navigate (a teeny bit choppier on the way back but as we were very used to it by then this added to the experience).

To conclude, I cannot recommend Kayak Gozo enough and would 150% return to Malta just to do this experience again. The company is very professional and the guides are great at what they do. This was the experience that made my trip and you know it was good because I am making sure to write my review even if it is 8 months later.

We had a exciting day with Sebastian, we spent time kayaking, chilling on the beach, snorkelling and cave jumping. Sebastian had the patience of a saint for putting up with our group and the inconvenience we caused!!!
Highly recommend Kayak Gozo, very good and professional company.

This tour was well organised and executed. Kristie from the company contacted us immediately the tour was booked with all the information we required including travel direction from Valletta to Gozo, then the tour was cancelled for the original date intended due to high winds and we had it on another day.

We took at taxi from our hotel to Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal. It was about 45 minutes from our hotel. We took the 2.15pm ferry. Its free to go to Gozo but you pay on your way back.

It was a great afternoon with Ben, our instructor, he was very professional, careful, patient and fun. We did a safety and demonstration exercise before hitting the waters. It was our 2nd time of kayaking and this was even much better. Oh, the caves, the blue waters and the general terrain was an absolute beauty. Ben gave us 1st hand information about the history of the caves as well as all the Hollywood movies shot around there. We had a small refreshing lunch of Watermelon and Granola bars ( i heard they were homemade by Kristie. Very delicious. Thanks).

The only snag was that we were the last group to get back and i barely had time to change before getting back on the bus taking us back to the FerryTerminal

I strongly recommend this, and its ok if you have had little or no experience in Kayaking. Just come, ready to have fun! Did i mention that Ben took some really beautiful pictures.

Thanks Ben, thanks Kristie, thanks Kayak Gozo!
