Good deals, many good French brands and nice outdoor outlets

Not too far from Paris just took RER train in less than an hour, weird that the Google map direction didn't show me that easy route. Just look at the outlet website which show you the train direction, very easy. Went there during train strike in Jan 2020 too, no problem. Good sales start around Jan 8 (twice a year), mostly at least 30%-70% off. Not too busy, however at VAT refund it's always a line at least 30 mins. Efficient refund process and get your cash back right a way.

Nice Outdoor Atmosphere

So I'm giving this outlet 4 starts because it's had some changes since the last time I was there. However, I love the outdoor shopping atmosphere and this place is good for that and its quite cute. There are a variety of luxury stores, and a few cafes, but the selection of goods were not as good as I remember from the last visit, but that could be due to the time of year. Anyway, I think it is worth a vist and is easily accessible by train and a short walk and there is also a mall nearby if you prefer to shop indoors.

The place is an hour by train from Paris ( assume you leave from the Opera area - Auber station) you should take the RER A red line that goes all the way to Disney Land . the outlets are one stop before Disney at Vale D Europe. There are several brands such as Gucci, Prada , Botega Venate etc... if you are a heavy shopper bring along a travel bag for convenience . There is a huge mall next to the outlets with lots of restaurants and cafes. Overall recommended

This store employees are very rude. The staff service is very very poor. I didn't at all have a good after purchase experience. On 8th October, 2021 I purchased a bag for my wife as I am not a EU citizen I am entitled for tax refund. Inspite calling them multiple times there is no response from the staff. I requested them to please send me tax refund receipt but it has been more then a month still there is no response. I was in touch with a staff name Luca he assured me that he will send me my tax refund form receipt on my email and also he took down all my details and promised me that he will get back to me but now I am tired of waiting. I also mailed them but they hardly bother to reply me. Please do not shop from this store because after sales service is pathetic. I really liked Gucci as a brand but they have ruined my shopping experience. I have also attached the purchase receipt of which I am asking tax refund for the reference.

Slowest process ever without warning

This place is a mess. I got to the line 2 hours ago and my paperwork finally being done. At two of the 30-ish stores, I purchased less than €175 worth items. So I had to combine those purchases to get the refund here. Little did I know it would take 2 hours! It’s not worth my precious time.. only the listed brands alow this combination of receipts for refund. There should be sign that shows how long the wait is from which point of line so that people who doesn’t want to wait don’t waste the time nor hold up the line. Better system please! More efficiency please!! Loved the employees (3 Chinese women) working here though.

Lots of high end shops

While this is on the smaller side we always like to shop here. There are high end outlets and the prices are less than in cities. For many the prices may seem pretty high but if you know your brands you will be able to find some deals. Plus if you are not from the EU you will get 12% VAT back.

I like this Outlet (Although the store TB hassle terrible service)

With good atmosphere and beautiful place. It is small, but with key marks. I have always been well attended, except in the Tory Burch store, where I was attended today by a totally unprepared salesman (as a suggestion, the store should train its salespeople better, so that they are kind and polite with the customers).

Its our 2nd visit in the outlet, last visited in 2018.

Tods offering additional 30% if you purchase 2 or more items.

Price of Polo went up by close to 50% , compared in 2018.

Great deals at Clarins. Additional 10% off if you re a VIP member. Was served by Joyce who provided good service.

Great icecream eatery too. Need to Q online at Gucci.

Great location, next to a mall.

This street of designer fashion labels is connected to Val D"Europe Mall.

It was a real disapointment as there were no deals and very expensive. Its not an outlet store where deals can be found.

We went into one store and the staff were so rude.
