We went there early in the morning, we arranged the tour directly with the Marasha office since the hotel we were staying in was overcharging us. You are taken in a boat to the entrance and depending on the season the tour is different. In dry season you will wake to the reserve. We went in rain season so the... More

We loved it here! Would totally recommend it!! We stayed two nights and wish we had stayed more! It was so peaceful and relaxing and well-maintained! Crazily for the jungle we barely got bitten by mosquitoes either. Our guide Alberto was great, so helpful and knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make our stay amazing. There is... More

This location was a spectacular day tour adventure for several reasons! You take a boat ride up the amazon river to get to the location! You have to go up a very steep bank once you get there and you have the jungles inland and a great view of the amazon river, the opposite direction. This is a must have... More

This place is great. The location itself feels like a huge tree-house in the jungle (it's not far above the ground, though) as its all made of wood. The rooms are very big and meant to accommodate many people. We got one of the rooms just for us (my wife and me) and the price was low that we paid.... More

If you are looking for paradise, here it is! We arrived from Leticia, Colombia by a boat ride across the Amazon River to Peru, changed boats to a canoe and travelled through the forest to arrive at a large lake that is part of the Natural Reserve of Marasha. It is a magical journey to the lodge accompanied by birds... More

One of my best expierences traveling so far! We walked through the jungle for about 1,5 hours - which is an awesome expierence by itself - and ended up at this really nice camp at a beautiful lake. Great place to relax, go fishing and kayaking. They even have a zipline over the lake, although it didn´t operate the day... More

I love Marasha!!! it was my favorite place in the Amazons area. It has everything. From the begging it was great, my boyfriend and I did the tour walking on the way into the Reserve, while my dad entered the reserve by boat and he loved it. All the people at the reserve were really accommodating with our needs and... More

If you love nature, like to live in the natural way or like to experience it, this is the place for you. Such lovely, genuine, simple people. There is nothing here other than just pure, simple nature, electricity flows for 4 hours which gives you a chance to charge up your cameras or your phones for pictures. There's no reception... More
