I can’t speak highly enough of this company and the experience they provide. We were a group of 5 doing ice climbing - it is not an easy sport and we were all first timers. Our guide was Cody and he was wonderful. The equipment was first class, the care and safety excellent,

Thanks so much for the review Wendy! I'm so happy to hear that you had such a good time on the ice and your guide made you feel comfortable enough to push yourself and try something new! Cody is actually one of the company's new owners and sets a great example for our other guides out on the ice. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and if you'd like to share any other feedback with us, please send it to info@steliasguides.com

These guys obviously lead a lot of serious hikes, but kudos to them for also doing mine tours several times a day. The tour was very fascinating and you really learn the history of the town and the mining operation. Plus, you get to climb all over the mill! Note that you do

Hi Darwinmoore, thanks for the review and for joining us on our Historical Mill Tour! Our guide's in-depth knowledge of the local history makes every trip they lead that much richer and the variety in their work keeps them happy, healthy and engaged! And I totally agree that if folks are able to make it up the trail to the top of the building and feel comfortable coming down 10 stories of stairs, then they won't want to miss the inside of the Kennecott Mill Building!! If you'd like to share any more feedback from the tour, please email us at info@steliasguides.com

We had the best day with our guide Brendon. He was so much fun and made the whole experience even better. The glacier hike was interesting as we decided not to have lunch until we got back to the lodge, so we saw more of the glacier. We had the Brendon as our guide for the Mill

Hi Claire! We really appreciate you taking the time to let us and the TA community know how much you enjoyed your Glacier Hike and Mill Tour! Although I think having lunch on a glacier can be one of the most unique picnic experiences ever, I'm glad to hear you were more excited to see more of the glacier and check out its cool features! Brendon and the rest of our guides are great at staying flexible and accommodating to every group's particular interests! Thanks so much for joining us! If you have any further feedback we are happy to hear it at info@steliasguides.com!

This was my second visit to the Kennicott mine area and it was my most enjoyable and informative visit. My first visit was in late July 1985. I stayed at the Kennicott Glacier Lodge for both my 1985 and 2019 visits, and the lodge and staff were fantastic. Great staff and

I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed your Historical Mill Tour with Merritt! Like the rest of our professional guides, he's great at bringing history to life and showing our guest what life was really like at the turn of the century in remote Alaska! We are very fortunate to be able to access the buildings of the National Historic Monument - I'm very happy that you got to see and experience this unique place first hand! If you have any further feedback, we'd love to hear it at info@steliasguides.com
