The view was so breath taking! So glad we decided to go visit even though it was raining, windy and foggy.

Peggy's cove is quaint. The starkness and simplicity of this little cove is beautiful. We enjoyed seeing the lighthouse and seeing the fishing boat. Also made a trip to the restaurant.

A stunning local attraction with a picturesque lighthouse that was once home to the local post office as well. It is surrounded by fascinating molten rock that had been formed under miles of solid ice. Go early for the best pictures as by 9 am or so the place is overrun with tourists. Within a mile of the lighthouse there... More

This is a good place to visit. It is half-an-hour away from Halifax. We got there by car. I went there with Marty, my wife. While I was there, I saw a huge granite outcrop, a lighthouse, big steep waves, and fog. My favorite things were the waves crashing on the outcrop. I would recommend this place.

Every time I been here it's always been a bit windy so bring a coat. A great view of the ocean. You need to keep off the rocks that are black the ocean can come in with no notice and wash people to sea. The sea village is pretty amazing little harbour boats it's great.

Not much open but the pics are fabulous. Will bring friends again because it is just that nice with the landscape and fishing boats, etc.

It was a cold, rainy, windy day and it really wasn't safe to venture too far but the photo ops were great. It's a starkly beautiful vista in the rain. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be in the sunshine. I'd love to go back.

We visited the lighthouse in the afternoon on a rainy Tuesday. It was not too busy so we got many beautiful pictures. I could see it being hard to get a nice shot with it being busier though.

Fantastic spot o the East coast of Nova Scotia. Pretty lighthouse, dramatic rocks and blue sea. It was worth stopping by, we spent quite a while here just taking in the view.
