Beautiful, clean, safe and very peaceful beach. Within a planned, well-organized and well-maintained neighborhood.
No pets allowed (unfortunately) and loud music (which is great).
Contrary to other reviews I read, anyone can access the beach. Just bring your own umbrella and chairs. You may not want to use those in condominiums and hotels. The beach is big and there is space for everyone.
I just missed that it wasn't tree-lined and had a better kiosk structure.

The Litoral Norte is now crowded on all holidays and vacations, but The Riviera de São Lourenço is still clean, quiet, with nice calm warm waters and white sands. A great urbanization project brought high level houses and apartments, at walking and safe distance from the water. Most buildings have beach service available (chairs and sun-brella included), with local food trucks serving you while you lay on the warm south american sun. After hours, you have access to the only shopping mall and pristine restaurants in a 40 mi radius ! Unmissable chic waters in southern Brazil !

Recommended if you like wide Sandy beaches with cloesby restaurants, shopping and bars in an exclusive area

Really nice beach, specially near the end of the beach (cantinho do riviera). Good surf, lots of good food and drinks (fresh juice, caipirinhas) on the beach.

I went there with a family I visited in Brazil, and I think it is a private area, but I am not 100 % sure.
It seemed very fancy, and was quiet and clean, and felt very secure.
There were different areas on the beach with chairs, sunbeds and parasols for the different apartemen-tblocks and apartements.
The beach was very clean too, and it was comfortable to lay on, the sand did not get stuck everywhere. The waves was quite big, but not too scary.
There were food-carts with options for coconuts, hot corn, pastels and fried shrimps and drinks. Quite expencive.
There were also a couple carts with beachwear, blankets and beach-toys.
Some people went around selling jewlery, grilled cheese and fruits.

It was a lovely place, I really enjoyed it, but I don't think I could afford it on my own.

This large beach is very secure, calm and restful. Its wide strip of sand doesn´t allow it to be too crowded ever, even during weekends. It is very clean and nice.

The beach is nice and safe, but it has more construction than natural beauty. It has only one restaurant with sea view and very expensive. Few options for leisure and entertainment. The airbnbs are expensive and offer nothing - you have to take everything (linen, towel, toilet paper, etc). I don't intend to come back

Good beach with calm waters and a long strip of sand. I missed better infrastructure such as bathrooms and showers in the kiosks.
