My daughter brought this as a present for my husband. Great venue lots to do ! Normally this would have been £28 for adult and £20 for under 16 , but we booked online and as a promotion for Father's Day we saved the £28 !! Amazing value , but probably if we had paid £58 we might have felt... More

Rope runners was ok. On the plus side: The course is fairly challenging in places and its circular so all close together. Would be good for nervous people as there is a very low to the ground option. Nice to have a climbing wall for some variety. However: Only one person can be on a platform at a time so... More

This was a trip planned by our children's grandparents who invited us to come along and see what was going on. WE have an Essex Pass so had recommended it as something our 11 year old daughter might like (she's fearless), with the caution that our 10 year old son, who isn't quite so daredevil, might find it challenging. She... More

My daughter received a gift experience here, to do archery, paintball target and use of a rifle. She had an amazing day and especially enjoyed the archery. My only gripe was the staff, although a lovely guy he lacked something and needed to make it a bit more of an experience, more energy required! That said I would recommend this,... More

The course is set up really well, I think it's a really good idea how they have done it. There are 3 levels easy (on the floor), medium and hard, left is the easier side and right is harder. Although I do think the obstacles are quite similar difficulty wise on each level. It's quite daunting once your actually up... More

Received this gift as a Christmas present, was great fun. However the staff were rude and seemed very disinterested. One man very rude, was really let down.

This is a very enjoyable experience, if a bit cold but that was just bad timing, you really should do this only if you are confident with heights as you hold up everyone behind you if you get stuck, if you can get around the scared people then this is a very fun thing to do alone or with friends

2nd visit. Great layout. Friendly staff. Good selection of courses. Free parking. Only thing to consider was this coincided with a major event taking place in the grounds and accessing top runners was difficult.

Roperunners is very good fun but it is better if participants are over 8 years old. Many younger children struggle with the safety system and get stuck on stages. This causes blockages for others and leads to a worse experience all round. It is much better to come along when you have done high ropes beforehand and are more confident... More
