This Monastery merite a visite if you have a car and find time for a little detour; leading by nuns; there is a nice byzantine church and a school; a nice serenity place, an orchard and nice trees.

For those who love history and culture this is a beautiful gem, i definitely recomend to visit. Is easy to find it on the way.

Apparently anyone can go into this monastery. We went with the tour guide from Cretan Vibes & she was able to give a little background. Worth a visit, quite interesting & definitely go with ‘Cretan Vibes’ and experiencing real Creta
