There's a small charge, the lighthouse is set in a well maintained garden. You can walk around the museum display and watch a short film documenting the kighthouse history. Nearby is a lovely clifftop walk which which requires another ticket (small payment).
Worth the visit.. they have a museum next to it and one can learn how lighthouses work etc. They have a touch screen kiosk which has very detailed information on lighthouses and various terminologies at sea. Enjoyed it.
