A very special and very unique waterfall i ever seen.
The water is very cold but you get used to it, and the view is amazing! The view is amazing from everywhere! Its like you are in the middle of the jungle.

You park your car about 200 meters away from it and you walk for a bit and when you get there you jump in and enjoy the cold water and enjoy the view!

Just be careful of slippery rocks and it should be fine!

Truly one of the bests

We have followed the coordinates from the map - and it should be corrected, it’s actually near Old Monastery of Saint Dionisios. There is a road to Holy cave, you can go there or up stream and explore the canyon. We have been with 2 small kids and all went fine. Highly recommended!

Just few km from Dion, in footstep of the mountain of the Gods u can found one of most magnificent places on Olympous mountain. Crystal clear water of the river is cold even in the summer months. Not far from the point where u can park your car, hidden by the cliff, are few waterfalls. If u r brave u can swim in the baths, but also u can drink the water. If u fallow the tracking rout u will found inspiration to write new Alice in the Wonderland, and at the and of the way waits u big waterfall.
Enjoy. :)

The waterfall, and the trecking to get there is absolutely stunning. The mountain view is magnificent, the water is crystal clear. It is not a typical tourist spot, only a few peolpe were there when we visited around 3 o'clock.
The trip up there is around 1 and a half hours at a comfortable pace.

It's a beautiful little waterfall where you can also swim, the water is clear as air and there are some nice spots with a good view of the main waterfall.

The streets are ok for a normal car to reach the waterfall, if you want to drive higher to the mountain a 4x4 car would be better.

very easy access from DION village ! there are two waterfalls the small and the bigger .take time to visit both .the access to the bigger is much more difficult because of the stiffness of the place and because there are no signs .keep your eyes open for frogs and crabs because the place is full of them

You can park literally 50 meters from the first waterfall. The water is crystal clear and may I add, very cold! You can see a lot of toads on the bottom. After visiting the first waterfall I highly recommend to hike up the mountain and visit the spring of the river. There is a even bigger waterfall and it’s really majestic. The pictures you take here are otherworldly. There are usually quite a lot of people on the first waterfall, but the spring (last waterfall) is usually empty. A really nice adventure overall. The hike to the spring is no more than an hour walk. Of course bring your hiking shoes, don’t go in sandals (saying from experience).

Well worth the drive to see it! You will not get many walkers up there so it should be relatively quiet - we had the place to ourselves when we visited.
It takes a little bit of finding but, as I say, well worth it.
The waterfalls are tucked away off the road and you will need to walk all the way down the path to find the upper falls with the lower falls a little bit further towards the 'main' road but, again, off the path.
Wear good walking shoes even if you drive up there as the paths are rocky and a little tricky. Those with mobility problems might have some issues getting down to see the falls and back up again.
To get there we took the road from Dion and it is sign posted from the town.

We didn't know it existed. We headed up in the car to go as high up mount Olympus after boating Dion. We stopped when we saw the waterfall sign. We walked the short distance to an amazing little place. I then trekked up hill in the heat to grab the swimming stuff and return. The water was refreshingly cold and it's easy to get into and swim in the deep plunge pool. You can explore further down the canyon. I didn't with two little children but I would have done it with older children. Noting like swimming up to a water fall. Saw lots of butterflies and dragon flies and a wild terrapin fantastic spot with beautiful views over the valley and up to Olympus.
