Grapefruit Granita Exfoliation

Thanks to a team of well-trained professionals, you can indulge yourself with a range of massage therapy, body treatments, and aesthetic treatments. I experienced the Grapefruit Granita Exfoliation, which is a 50 minutes body treatment.

The blend of shea butter and fine sugar granules soften the skin while grapefruit and eucalyptus essential oils stimulate and purify the epidermis. Following the application of the exfoliant, I had to take a shower before the esthetician performs a light modelage to hydrate and nourish my skin. At the end of the treatment, my skin was so soft and bright.

Bad Customer Service by the Spa Manager

The Spa Manager was rude, hang up the phone on me 3 times, no customer service skills whatsoever, totally not acceptable.

Amazing massages, OK spa set-up

This spa is fairly small but does offer some nice perks over other spas in that they offer access to baths with the purchase of any massage and most other spas do not.

Massage therapists are extremely well-trained, talented and professional. I enjoy this spa because it is small and not usually crowded. The installations are limited compared to other sites, but if you just enjoy the baths, sauna and relaxation tent then it's perfect.

I'll be going back...:)

The restaurant Pierre de Feu in the hotel! OMG

This review is in reference to the restaurant "Pierre de Feu" in the hotel as we didn't stay there - but it was recommended by friends in Sherbrooke.
What's most impressive is the menu choices: Bison, Lamb, Kangaroo (Christmas menu special), deer, beef, etc; served on a hot stone that stays hot for a long time so that your meet cooks - you get to remove it as soon as it's just right to your taste. They even had a tartar section (4 items).
One of my friend tried Mesclun salad with goat cheese, sundried cranberries and roasted pecans; she said it was fabulous.
They've taken the time to do something different and it's great to eat somewhere that serves things you don't see everywhere.
It was very busy so reservations are recommended.

Perfect for a relaxing or active vacation!

This was excellent location (between Magog and Orford Park), very nice and clean facilities, great pool, sauna and hot tubs. Restaurant on-site with free breakfast. Close to golf course, hiking, downhill and xc skiing, and lakes.

Very nice hotel. We got done massage and i had a pedicure also. We got a room with a view on the mountain. Room is clean and has all you need to eat in the room (wine glasses !!)
Spa and pool was very nice!
Food is okay though. !
