My wife and I have been around the world including France and the wines at this Vignoble were excellent.

The lady who served us was knowledgeable and very nice.

This place is a gem.

Au Vignoble d’Orford is a charming vineyard offering guided tours and tastings activities. During the guided tour, I enjoyed the panoramic view and the smell of nature while learning about the history of the vineyard and their working techniques. The ground is labored manually and there is no use of pesticides on the plants. Following the harvest season, they are able to produce four types of wines including Red, White, Rosé, and a fortified wine named the Forté, which is the one I enjoyed the most. Visit my Instagram (kelledstyle) for more pictures ;-)

Not a lot of wines to sample, a white, rose and red, along with a few desert wines. The gentleman serving was super nice. Wines were fairly good. Very quaint. Worth a stop.

It is difficult to review because they were out of the rose and the white, and we could not tour because they were harvesting. I will say that I found what I often find with North Eastern American vineyards and wineries: The reds are quite bad. I use the term rustic, but my wife and a server from a restaurant in Sherbrooke used the term AWFUL. I don't understand why more whites, roses, and sparkling wines are not the focus for these vineyards? We just don't have the climate to produce excellent reds, and the reds that can grow take decades for the vines to mature. Anyhow, you can tell that this is a nice, family operation and that they are trying hard. The fortified wine is quite nice. The tasting was a bit lacking. We weren't greeted in the way we would think a small operation would, such as "Thank you for coming in, how are you? Where are you from? how did you hear about us? " Before the pour we should have been told more about the wine, and after a pour, we should have been asked how we liked it. I had to ask a lot of questions, and they were answered, but it would have been nice to hear more and have the server show a lot of pride and knowledge in the product. We were offered chorizo and chocolates, which was very nice. I bought one bottle of the fortified for $19 ca.

Nice winery , you'll have a wine tasting option sadly they were out of rose wine but we try the fortify ( oporto style) wine with was amazing.
The staff was friendly and well informed. Apparently there is a one hour visit to the vineyards but we were late for another visit. Next Time!

Place is awesome, staff is friendly, I learned so much from this tour and the wines they sell are amazing. I took some shots of the view of Lake Memphremagog from this place. 100% recommended.

We visited this winery as a stop on the “Carnet de Gustation” self-guided tasting tour. Our coupon provided tastings of four wines for two people. We tried a white, rose, red, and a fortified wine. Our lovely hostess, who spoke excellent English and provided interesting commentary, allowed us to share samples of two different vintages of the rose and the red wine. Both of us thought that all six wines were excellent, and the best we tried on this trip. The tasting room is attractive and atmospheric, and the grounds are beautiful. Definitely a worthwhile stop.

This is a beautiful vineyard in an amazing location. We found the staff welcoming and the prices reasonable. We would be back. The only downfall is that you cannot walk amongst the vines without a guided tour.

Stopped in to check out the wine and was pleasantly surprised. This is not Sonoma valley by far. What is interesting is the new hybrid vines that they are developing. This would be a great place to go back to in 5 years to see the development.

This area just getting into wine production on a commercial scale. Vines are still very young. Winery does OK job of describing wine making process. Tasting is handled professionally as well.
