Fascinating mix of photographs, news articles and interesting pictures and exhibits, definitely worth a visit and something as precious as this deserves lots of visitors to keep it running.

We visited Staithes and found this heritage centre on the high street on the steep road leading down to the harbour. There is lots of local information on the history of Staithes as well as displays of the lives of the fishermen who lived there....More

Lots to see in traditional displays of photos and articles, it is clearly a collection that has been put together by someone with enthusiasm for all things Captain Cook.
