We had a fun time here, though it was over after an hour. Would recommend going on a sunny day. My younger child enjoyed it more and got into the spirit by putting on a gnome hat. Whereas my teen felt the competitive spirit with the walk & quiz around the wild flower garden.

We enjoyed a few hours at the gnome reserve whilst on holiday in westward ho! The lady that runs it was lovely and even my grumpy husband managed to wear a gnome hat and get into the spirit of it. Excellent for a few hours of fun for families and small children and obviously gnome enthusiasts! The wildflower garden was... More

Lovely area, well maintained with friendly staff, you can buy hand painted pictures and hand made gnomes as well as walk round looking at the inventive collection of gnomes around the village whilst getting the children into the sprit wearing a gnome hat. After that there's a fair garden with wildlife quiz and a very reasonably priced shop selling refreshments

Spent a few hours here at the weekend, was great fun! We did the quiz - probably a bit easier in the Summer when the garden is in full bloom, but was still enjoyable! Loved all the gnomes, very quirky & something different to do! The lady running it was lovely & the sandwiches & scones were delicious! Recommend to... More

It is many years since we visited this place and it still has the charm that makes you smile. The setting is picturesque and the place is not so big that it takes a long time to get round but big enough to keep you occupied for 1 to 2 hours. There is a bit of steep walking so beware... More

Whilst holidaying with friends recently in Cornwall we revisited the Gnome reserve. My daughters (6 + 2) both love the place, its a hell of a giggle especially when you look round at each other wearing your Gnome hats. I wasn't sure what our friends would think, but it turns out they had a great time too. nature trail in... More

This is possibly one of the most bizarre places I have ever been to. I happened upon this place by chance after seeing a sign for the Gnome Reserve. There are more Gnomes in one place than I think you will ever see in the rest of your life! As I visited in October the garden was probably coming to... More
