Caught the green bus to get to paleokastrisa beach . Although the beach area is very commercial the beach it self although a little narrow is nice and I enjoyed snorkelling amongst the shoals of fish

The beach offers relatively wide space for relaxation. It is good to remember about the swimming shoes as the entrance to the water is pebbled and uncomfortable to use without any feet protection. It is getting deep relatively quick which offers amazing sensation of floating...More

Gorgeous clear water with amazing colours. Even though it was October the water was still warm. There’s lots of places to eat, shop and visit close by, even a fresh fruit truck at the side of the road. It was very quiet, but I imagine...More

Visited on a day trip while staying in Corfu. After visiting the monastry I had a couple of relaxing hours at the beach which was clean and had crystal clear waters.

There are 3 beaches in the main town with other little ones scattered about. The main one is sandy and has a beautiful view towards the bay. Pedalos and boats and tours are available from there and there are some small shops as well as...More

the sand beach is lovely, boat trip is not worth the money , paradise beach is a very steep pebble beach, so just stay on the local beach , the monastry is well worth a visit ,a steep walk ,but the view is fabulous

Very picturesque but too much commercialisation for me. Nearly every building is an apartment block, hotel, taverna or bar.

Amazing location but small shingle beaches some that have difficult access Better to use the numerous hotel pools and admire the stunning views particularly at sunset .There are boat trips to better but remote beaches but we are not using them.

very quiet and peaceful. It is a good walk down but worth it at the end. Quite a lot of steps to the beach area.

After PaleoKastritsa we travelled north. We enjoyed 7th Heaven Restaurant perched high on a hill overlooking the ocean. We also visited the quaint little fishing village of Kassiopi. It is said the Nero holidayed here.
